And the dick in question is Malaysian Minister of Information, Communication & Culture, Rais Yatim. Watch this clip of him being a mega dickasaurus at a press conference in KL. Malaysian politics is screwed up beyond belief, and when clowns like these are given the office of government, you've got to wonder how broken the system is. And it makes me sad for the good people in Malaysia.
